Your staff have been lovely on the numerous occasions that we have visited. We have had a variety of young women who serve us and they have been utterly delightful and really invested in their work. Your food is fantastic too so, essentially, you’re our regular treat.
Lovely meal, best fish and chips in Portishead by far. Beautifully presented food in lovely surroundings, friendly staff. Would highly recommend this restaurant and looking forward to trying the takeaway.
A great meal tonight at Sea Rock, the fish and chips were the best we’ve had for ages. The children’s portions were a really good size and the puddings were delicious. Quick service and very friendly staff, we’ll definitely be back-thank you!
The best fish and chips ever but tried the calamari for starter this time followed by the mussels which were equally excellent. Wine list is good too! Service is lovely - attentive and friendly. So lucky to have SeaRock on our marina.
What a great place. Perfectly cooked seafood only achieved by those who really know what they are doing and where to source it - yummy melt in the mouth mussels and prawns. We are now fans and will return. If you haven't tried SeaRock....why not? Go!
Visited the take away side of the business this evening. Very impressed, lovely open plan restaurant and takeaway kitchen showing just how clean and tidy the establishment is - no place to hide! Ordered 3 medium fish and chips plus the mandatory mushy peas and curry sauce - total bill £25.20. Okay so not the cheapest on the high street or surrounding area but oh my god, sometimes the you need to upscale and pay a little bit more! Beautifully handout chips (may have been double fried) and the medium fish was massive... god only knows what a large fish would look like? The batter on the fish survived being placed on the chips and boxed up, and then the short drive home. Fish was still fresh and hot with a beautiful light, crispy and tasty batter. As a family we’ve now made a firm rule to only use searock in the future. It’s not often I’m driven to write a review on business’s but credit where credits due; you’ve done tremendously well to elevate traditional fish and chips! Can’t wait to book a table in the restaurant in the new year now. I have high hopes and expectations.
Just visited Searock for the first time and ate from the lunchtime set menu! What a great experience, fab staff, food choices and value for money. Great knowledge of Celiac disease and GF options too. Can’t wait to go back and try out Weds GF fish & chips.
